About this venue
A restored 1920s waterfront estate on the North Shore, with a ballroom, a covered terrace and four acres of lawn. Ceremony, cocktails and dinner all happen on site, and our team handles setup and strike.
Spaces
- The Grand Ballroom. Our largest room, with 22-foot ceilings, chandeliers and a built-in stage.
- The Waterfront Terrace. A covered terrace over the harbor — ceremonies, cocktail hours and rehearsal dinners.
- The Carriage House. An intimate room with exposed beams and a fireplace — showers, meetings and small dinners.
- Ballroom — North Half. The stage end of the ballroom, closed off by the air wall.
- Ballroom — South Half. The garden end of the ballroom, with the terrace doors.
